AbbaCare is a non-profit organization and has served women in the Winchester area since 1988. We are completely supported by donations from individuals, churches and organizations. There is no charge for any of our services.

Our staff and volunteers want to help you find the answers to your questions so you can make an informed decision.

We encourage you to make an appointment for your pregnancy test. You'll will meet with a nurse and peer counselor during your appointment so we can provide you with the information you need.  You can also participate in maternity, childbirth and parenting classes to learn what you need to know and get essential items for you and your baby.

All of our services are provided without regard to race, religion, income or decision and are free and confidential.

We do not perform or refer for abortion.  Our services are not intended to be  a substitute for professional counseling, medical or pre-natal care.
